Mar y Sueños Suites is located 400 metres from Sayulita Beach and 1 km from Sayulita main square. It features a roof-top terrace with ocean, a hot tub views and a garden with swimming pool and Jacuzzi. All studios include free WiFi, cable TV and DVD, air conditioning and a balcony.They also have microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, fridge and stove. The bathrooms come with shower. Guests at Mar y Sueños Suites can find shops, restaurants and a variety of meal options within 100 metres from the property on the way to Sayulita centre. Barbecue facilities on site are also available. There is daily on-site staff and activities like snorkelling, surfing and motorcycle rental can be found at the beach. Laundry and shuttle service can be arranged for a fee. This property is 17 km from Punta Mita Beach and 30 minutes’ drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Mar y Suenos is just off the beaten path so that guests can enjoy a unique jungle like atmosphere : awaken to parrots and tropical bird songs, enjoy tropical vegetation; ocean views and sounds of the waves. Beach is only 2 1/2 blocks.
Since completion of construction 5 years ago, each year I have focused upon improving each unit. Just recently, we added attractive comfortable chairs and new cushions to the apartment sitting areas and CABLE TV to all units. Parking improvements.
