Situated in Mexico City, within El Polanquito, 5 km from United States Embassy and 1.7 km from National Museum of Anthropology. Every room has 200 MB Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and Netflix. There is a communal kitchen that is fully furnished with full stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, washer & dryer. Coffee, tea, cookies, fruit are offered 24 hrs The bathroom features a shower and hairdryer and hair straightner. Some accommodations provide a modest terrace or city views. The bathroom is small in rooms with common bathrooms. A complete traditional Mexican breakfast is offered at this bed and breakfast if included or payed. Nearby Metro, car and bicycle rental agencies are accessible. There is a bathroom inside ONLY in King Size with Terrace rooms. Every room with two beds has a separate bathroom in front of it or close by. The Angel of Independence is 3.7 km away, while the Soumaya Museum is 2.4 kilometers from ITZAE Polanquito CDMX Lincoln Park dog friendly. The nearest airport is Lic. We are a small B&B DOG FRIENDLY hotel.
This establishment only welcomes pet dogs and only in rooms with a balcony or terrace. A deposit will be required and will be refunded at the end of the reservation if the rooms are not damaged by the pet.
There is a 50 USD key deposit, and it will be given back when the keys are returned.
This property provides up to two drinks per person per room.
Shared bathrooms are very small but are available for cleaning and showering purposes. I kindly asked for your understanding regarding this matter in order to assure availability to other guests on the property.
A key deposit of $500 MXN (25 USD) will be required to ensure the return of the keys granted, an amount that will be returned upon your departure (if your departure is BEFORE 7 am, PLEASE DELIVER THE KEYS ONE DAY BEFORE so that your deposit is delivered in a timely manner).
The shared bathrooms are very small but are available for cleaning and showering purposes.
A pet deposit of $1,500 MXN (75 USD) will be required and will be returned upon departure if there are no damages during your stay.
