Hermosa villa en la parte más cálida de Avándaro, dentro de una privada de 4 casas.Cuenta con dos recámaras completamente equipadas, cuarto de TV, bar, sala y comedor exterior, terraza con fire pit yun pequeño jardín propio La vista al lago es espectacular y su ubicación es inmejorable Así mismo al estar dentro de una privada, los huéspedes tendrán acceso a las áreas comunes que son la alberca y una cancha de Padel Tenis Un lugar ideal para disfrutar en familia o para dos parejas Bienvenidos

La ubicación es buenísima, se encuentra en la parte más cálida de Avándaro con vista al lago y la villa, además de estar en una zona tranquila y segura, está a solo 3 minutos del centro de Avándaro en coche, a 5 minutos del lago y a 7 minutos de la entrada del pueblo. La sugerencia es moverse en coche, moto, bici o a pié aunque la casa está en una calle con pendiente algo inclinada.
