We love people who are easy going and calmed, loves to practice any sport and relax. Personally I love to met educated people know their culture and I love to practice any outdoor activities such as running, hiking, mountaineering, cycling and tennis obviously!

Property info

Renewed independent rooms inside a main property all of them with private room and located in the best area of Cuernavaca. Dear guests, we are a GUEST HOUSE NOT AN HOTEL! There is no reception or front desk, it´s not open to public and we do not have staff available 24hrs. The access to the property is via electronic access codes, PLEASE put in contact with us via the phone number sent to you in your reservation before your arrival for further instructions. DAMAGE DEPOSIT : 100 USD or 2000 MXN Before your arrival (CHECKIN), you should send your Digital ID and transfer your SECURITY DEPOSIT which will be sent back to you if everything is in order upon your CHECKOUT up to 48hrs after check in. If there is any damage or claim, the reimbursement could take up to 2 weeks depending on the damage being done. This is MANDATORY, otherwise ACCESS to the property CANNOT be granted. INVOICE: We DO NOT generate invoices to the guest unless they cover these 3 conditions: 1.- It can only be generated after 1 month of your stay, once we receive the payment from Booking. 2.- It is kindly advised and all details below are arranged before your booking and checkin date. 3.- Guest pays the 16% of Taxes and an extra 5% for accountability fees. The tennis court is used by external clients during the week and on weekends so there might be some noise from 8AM to 10PM. ON WEEKENDS: Ideal for people looking for a place to spend the night or people who love playing tennis and relax. DURING THE WEEK: Ideal for people that are in town for work, events or are just looking for a place to spend the night.

We are located in the best area of Cuernavaca: Vista Hermosa! It is surrounded by natural scenery, quiet, clean, nice and safe place! 3 minutes away from the highway and all the main malls: Plaza Averanda, Galerías and Bugambilias. Close to Río Mayo Boulevard where you will find Restaurants, plazas and boutiques) and 1 block away from the Red Cross and other Hospitals and many Walmarts and OXXOS.
