Guests have private use of their bedroom and bathroom during their stay. Guests will be given private, unique door codes for their stay. The common areas in the villa such as the patios, living and dining areas, the kitchen, and the terrace are shared with other guests. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the guest rooms without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Professional cleaning: Embrace the tranquility of impeccably clean rooms, thoroughly cleaned before every arrival to guarantee a pristine and comfortable experience. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request. Guests will appreciate the multiple shared dining and living areas, terraces, and a fully stocked, shared kitchen with brand-new appliances and all the necessary cookware for your culinary adventures. Our property is located right in the heart of San Miguel, just steps away from La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and Plaza Allende, the pink limestone gothic church and a symbol of the city. Enjoy the best location near restaurants, bars, and sightseeing just a few steps outside our house. It doesn’t get better than this! Have a great time in this picturesque, historic city with your loved ones. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot. This prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel, as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices. For those with cars, there is a paid parking lot right across the property, making moving around easy in case you are moving outside Centro. Construction notice: Please note that there is currently construction in the vicinity that may result in occasional noise during regular business hours on weekdays. If you experience any disturbance due to the construction, please feel free to notify us, and we will promptly inform the neighbors and the construction workers. We appreciate your understanding.
