A stylish and comfortable newly constructed home with awesome communal areas! - Located inside the beautiful new residential development with 24/7 security - Gorgeous swimming pool, kids’ playground, BBQ & lounge areas + free street parking - 15-min drive to downtown La Paz & the Malecón, a 25-min drive to El Coromuel Beach - Near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, local shops, and exciting activities/attractions - WiFi, Smart TVs, washer & dryer, fully-equipped kitchen. Please be aware that the designated parking space is currently occupied by the owner’s car, so the property does not have a reserved parking spot and only offers street parking. There is construction going on in front of the property, with noise from 7.30am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. During the summer months, we experience water shortages in La Paz where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility. Please note guests must climb stairs to access the second level of the home. Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st. - Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.
