Casa Linda is a luxury Casita located within a seven unit development called The Casitas at Playa La Ropa. With only four Casitas and three Bungalows in the development, you are assured of personalized service, privacy and relaxation. Our staff includes a cook and maid and breakfast/lunch is available each day for a minimal cost except Mondays. The development has a separate laundry room and laundry service is available to all guests. Free whole resort high speed WiFi! Our kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dish washer. We provide all utensils, pots, pans, glassware and dishes if you prefer to cook your own meals. The media room includes a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. The couch in the media room has a pull out twin bed to sleep a child or young adult. We have luxury bedding and pillows to ensure their comfort. Our Garden bath area includes ample closet space and an outdoor rain shower and a beautiful garden setting. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, luxury bath and beach towels. Just bring yourselves and enjoy our property. The master bedroom features air conditioning, a flat screen with Netflix, and a king size bed with luxury bedding. The second bedroom also features a king size bed for your comfort. The outdoor living room in dining room includes a luxurious couch, traditional Relax by the saltwater pool with a cold beverage, take in your favorite game at the bar, enjoy our eight speaker surround system for your favorite music or take the short 5 minute stroll to the best beach in Zihuatanejo. We can also arrange for tours to local Mayan ruins, in house massages, fishing or golf trips, horseback riding, diving, snorkeling, surf lessons, parasailing, jet ski rides, sailboat rentals, boat cruises and ATV rides. For trips from the airport, to town or Ixtapa we have our own dedicated taxi service that offers clean vehicles, courteous service, good prices and English speaking drivers.

We are Gordon and Linda Coker from Zihuatanejo, Mexico, the owners of Casita Linda. In our travels to tropical beach locations around the world we visited Zihuatanejo, Mexico 15 years ago, fell in love and decided to build our dream home - Casita Linda!! We're excited to host visitors to our town, pamper them and give them a vacation experience they want to return to year after year! Airport transportation can be arranged for your arrival and we can even have your favorite beer, wines, liquor, mixers and snacks waiting on your arrival. We have a manager onsite each day from 9 AM to 5 PM along with our cook and maid. Please note that we have a strict Check- in time that is 3:00 Pm to 6:00 Pm. We do not have someone on the property 24 hours a day. Our manager will meet you upon arrival and show you the property, give you instructions and keys.

The La Ropa neighborhood is the most luxurious tourist area in Zihuatanejo. Our neighbors are swank luxury hotels and there are over 15 restaurants within walking distance. Taxi's to the downtown area are cheap and only 5 minutes away. Ixtapa and its restaurants are a 15 minute drive. And of course the best beach in Zihuatanejo, Playa La Ropa, is one minute by taxi or an easy 5 minute stroll. Restaurant La Perla This is one of the popular spots on Playa La Ropa beach. They charge a small fee for two chairs a lounger, umbrella and a small table. You can order anything from sandwiches to seafood and they stock a full bar. It is a 5 minute walk from Casita Linda. Jungle pizza This place is right next door to Casita Linda. It is a 1 minute walk and they even deliver. They have great pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven are you can order a hamburger. Trattoria da Gianni Great Italian food. Across the street from the Oxxo store. 5 minute walk. You need to make reservations. LA GAVIOTA Restaurant-Bar Great food and great location right on the water. About a 12 minute walk from Casita Linda. OXXO Is a convenient store that is a 5 minute walk away. Restaurante Las Adelitas They are right across the street from Casita Linda. They have a variety of good food cooked on a charcoal fire. El Vigia Restaurante & Bar Very nice place with good variety to choose from. About a 7 minute walk from Casita Linda. El Manglar Is a 7 minute walk from Casita Linda. They are located along the lagoon by the beach and hae great food and interesting wild life. La Hija del Capitan / Bar La Playa Located in Centro, has a great choice of comfort food from home. Hamburgers, Wings,Ribs,Philly Cheese Sandwich, Chili Cheese Fries and much more. Their bar down below plays all the sports games. NBA, NFL,MLB and Hockey.
