We are a bit of nomads now, splitting our time between our three homes in Las Vegas, Texas and La Paz . We rent all our houses out when we aren’t there so we no longer have a house of our own - but we enjoy the flexibility we’re able to have because of that and all the people from around the world we’ve been able to meet , both hosting and being hosted! Mercier is always available for questions by phone. Our manager, Xc, is also available by phone, and to let in guests in and give a tour for guests who arrive before 10 p.m.

Beautiful almost 5,000 square feet traditional style colonial house with lots of windows/ natural light /breezes and privacy due to design. House is located in a great location near the east end (quieter part) of the Malecon, up the hill off Palmira (Coco Beach/ Palmira Marina). Close to the nice beaches! Please note : no parties and smoking outside only. NO PETS! Please read about neighborhood before booking. (unpaved road last block and we are up a hill, you can walk to malecon but it's one mile down and up a hill!

What we have (pros): *Honest protrayel of house, pics are accurate. *Safe neighborhood, not a party place on weekends but....read on. *Clean, spacious and beautiful house. *Great view of bay, city and desert from rooftop terrace. Near Nice Beaches and Quiet part of malecon. Great price for amount of space and large group. What you don't get:(cons) *Not a quick easy walk to malecon. It is one mile downhill to go and uphill to return. We do it every morning but it takes some exertion! * barking dogs around who randomly go off, earplugs might be in order for light sleepers. *Unpaved and rough last block. Please see pic of road, it is not paved and has potholes. Don't book this place if you don't want your car going on a road like that. Some people are ok with it , some aren't. Most Didi drivers come up it but a few havne't, we recommend trying the neighbor first if you need transportation.
