In the house/apartment (tricky to explain, you’ll get it when you get here) there are three bedrooms: My bedroom and two private guest rooms (for up to two guests) available for rent in different listings. Contact me if you would like/need to rent both or more (read forward). You would occupy one of the guest bedrooms while the other is usually hosting another guest(s). Both rooms offer and are equipped with pretty much the same basic amenities. One of the rooms is slightly larger than the other, so I would of course yield the larger room to the guest with the most convincing case considering needs such as length of stay, single or double party and other logical/rational reasons depending on the guests travel plans and needs. You can rent both rooms to host more guests if dates are available. There is extra sleeping space in the living room that could accommodate up to 4 more guests in two couches and a sofa bed for 2 available upon request, extra cost and if the length of stay is short and does not compromise other current guests.

I lived working in the service/tourism business for 5 years in Playa del Carmen Mexico, a tourism industry focused city in the Mexican Caribbean, where I learnt the tourism business and met many travelers like myself and you. From my experience working in the tourism industry and as a traveler as well I know first hand how helpful a good tip can be in regards to where to go, places of interest, where to eat, how to get around and the importance of knowing where to go in case of a health emergency and how to stay safe. I currently live in Mexico City, work has brought me back to the city where I am from. As a local and having been around for nearly 40 years I know the city extremely well. If you need any tips on where to eat, where to go, how to get around, and maybe more important WHERE NOT TO, WHEN NOT TO, and HOW NOT TO make sure to ask. Located in Colonia Roma, a classic district of the city turned into one of the most trendy areas to visit in Mexico City. Surrounded by local life, parks, markets, local shops, restaurants, street food, night spots, short distance to other tourist spots, neighbor trendy districts and close enough from city downtown. Nice and peaceful, co-living, co-working, traveling, networking environment. As a 15 year tourist/service experienced host I will be a very helpful and safe host during your stay.
