Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. The jacuzzi is not available on Mondays as it goes through weekly maintenance. In order to use the jacuzzi, we need a 24-hour notice to request to start it. The jacuzzi heats but does not generate bubbles. There are steps to enter the community and within the property. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
