Located on a private peninsula in Blue Bay, Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa has three different beaches lapped by Blue Bay Marine Park home to a wealth of sea life. This vast resort has a luxuriant garden where the accommodation is nested. The bright rooms and suites include a cosy lounge area with satellite TV and air-conditioning. Each has a minibar, a modern bathroom and offers Wi-Fi access. All categories have a balcony or terrace and face the sea. Some offer a beautiful view of the Blue Bay marine park. The resort features various facilities to please everyone. Parents can relax on a sun lounger around the pool while younger guests can have good times at the Kids Club. For more enjoyment, relaxing treatments are available at the spa. The hotel also offers other facilities such as a fitness centre, sauna and hammam. Sailing, snorkelling and water-skiing among others, are available at the boat house. A ski academy with private coaching is also proposed with supplement, whereas trips to Iles aux Aigrettes nature reserve can be organized. Land sports, such as tennis, bocciball or a 9-hole pitch & putt golf course can be enjoyed at the resort. Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa has 6 in-house restaurants proposing various cuisines such as Italian, Thai, Mauritian gourmet and a Healthy Dining experience restaurant. The resort is 15 minutes away from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International airport and approximately 12 km from the historical village of Mahebourg. Honeymoon Condition is compulsory on all Honeymooners Categories. Please note that all Honeymoon Room rates are subject to the travel dates being within 12 months of the guests wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate should be produced at time of check in compulsory.
From 4 nights stay, guests are entitled to one of the Honeymoon experiences, for example: - Couples’ massage - Speedboat outing in the eastern lagoon.

(Sportswear, beachwear and flip flops are not permitted in our restaurants and bars in the evening. Applicable to guests as from 12 years old).
Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa will be temporarily closed for bookings from 1 June to 15 July 2025.
This decision reflects our commitment to enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the hotel’s
high standards of excellence. During this period, the buffet area and Superior Rooms will undergo
renovation.
