Property info

This apartment is 16 steps up from street level onto a balcony where you can sit and enjoy some sunshine during the morning, and watch the world go by during the day and evening. Very relaxing to have a morning coffee or drinks in the evening. This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms; 1 double with ensuite with a walk-in shower and ceiling fan, 1 double with a ceiling fan with a shared bathroom with a single bedroom. The second double and single bedroom both have ceiling fans, as does the living area that also has an air-con unit. The kitchen and living area are together where there is a sofa, armchair, a 50' TV with so many TV channels in different languages, plus Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen is well equipped with a new electric oven and grill and a 4 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a second sitting room at the back with 2 sofas. It opens onto a large courtyard with a large table and chairs to have meals. The main double bedroom also opens onto the large courtyard where you can sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or evening meals.

Neighborhood info

There are many good restaurants and bars closeby, and the seafront is just a 5 minute walk away. There are grocery shops 100m away and a hair and beauty business across the road. Also if you want to hire a car or bicycle, they too are a few metres away, including a dive centre. The main bus terminal is just an 8 minute walk where you can get a bus to most areas on the island. The neighbours are nice and friendly and will help you if you need. There is free street parking outside.
