Located just 50 meters from the sea in the lively area of Sliema, this unique property offers you a rare opportunity to live in one of the few remaining authentic Maltese homes, providing an immersive cultural experience from dawn until dusk. House Layout: Ground Floor: Enter into a quaint living area equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, leading into a modern kitchen that includes all home comforts, such as a dishwasher. This floor also features a small toilet with a sink and a charming terrace ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation.
