The Art wall won't disappoint:) A beautiful open kitchen, dining, and living area with a wood-burning fireplace and cozy sofa welcome you on the ground floor. A rain/ cascaded large shower and a toilet, as well as the laundry room, can be found on the same floor. The designer smart black kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need to cook a delicious meal. On the first floor, you will find the Loft bedroom with a super comfortable king-size bed, fully air-conditioned a sitting area, and a small workspace. The ensuing bathroom with underfloor heating, double sinks, a big shower, and a comfortable bath for two. On the second floor, the Blue bedroom has beautiful french windows allowing a lot of natural light, a queen-size and a single comfy bed. The Red bedroom is situated on the 3rd floor of the house. It is fully air-conditioned, with an ensuite bathroom and a stand-alone exposed bath. This bedroom has access to a small privet patio. A small projector/ meditation room can be found on the 4th floor. The street-side area of the roof is home to a sun-bathing area and a unique Scandinavian-style hot or cold Jacuzzi, ideal for chilling out. A large BBQ area is located on the rear roof terrace.
