We offer fully furnished apartments at Tanan Center located just 0.6 km east of Chinggis Khan square. The apartments are located on the 5th and 6th floor and comprises of 1-2 bedrooms with size ranging from 41-95 square meters. - Tanan Center was commissioned in 2012 and part of the building was initially built and designed as serviced apartments specifically for foreigners and expats who are living away from home. - Apartments are well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in closet and other amenities such as a safety box, ironing board, washing machine etc. - Cleaning services, as well as bed sheets and towels' change are provided free of charge once a week. - Security guards are on duty 24/7 and the building is also equipped with security cameras. - Tenants can shop and have breakfast at “Tanan Foods” supermarket and “Caffe Bene” coffee shop, conveniently located on the first floor of the building. Indoor garage is also available on the basement floor for an additional fee. There is an office space, conference hall (up to 244 attendees) and meeting room (up to 15 people) at Tanan center which are available.

Living at Tanan Center has some obvious advantages. It is located almost in the center of Ulaanbaatar city and main attractions of the city are within the walking distance. Here are some useful directions. • Tanan Center is located on northeastern side of “Bagshiin deed”, as people used to name, or the “University of Education”. If you leave the building from doorsteps of “Tanan Foods” supermarket facing south and walk about 300 meters and approximately 3 minutes, you will reach “Enkh taivnii urgun chuluu” or Peace Avenue. • In north direction, there is a Beijing street and it will take you about two minutes and approximately 270 meters by walk from Tanan Center. The Music and Dance College, established in 1937, and Embassy of People’s Republic of China are located next to each other on this street. The US Embassy is situated north of Beijing Street. • Other nearby places are “Chinggis Khaan” hotel, “E-Mart” supermarket, The Government House, Chinggis Khaan National Museum, “Modern nomads” chain restaurant, Central Sports’ Palace and “Internom” book store.
