On the island of St. Martin, our brand new independent 25m2 studio is the ideal place for those looking for relaxation in a place not overlooked. It is a perfect place to relax, to telework with our high-speed internet. Private entrance, pleasant terrace, offering a view of the garden, will allow you to enjoy nature. It is a perfect place to relax, to telework with our high-speed internet. 2 minutes walk from the beaches of HAPPY BAY and Friar's Bay, Caribbean side without sargassum. 2 km from Grand Case beaches where you can enjoy a lobster in the LOLO. To get to the studio we recommend a trustworthy taxi, it is English, French, Spanish and Creole speaking. A small gift will be offered to you. You will find a CLEAN accommodation, we ask you to Leave it in the same condition when you leave otherwise we offer you a cleaning option at the end of the stay of 20 euros. On your arrival a deposit of 50 euros will be requested in Cash and will be returned to you on the day of your departure. We give the best of ourselves so that your stay goes as well as possible so please respect the rules. Throw away the trash or ask us. We do not provide: Dishwashing liquid, washing machine and household equipment. We thank you.
