Located on the very bank of the river Biševina, the cottage offers an incredible view of the river, the lake, the surrounding mountains and the fortress of Žabljak Crnojević from the 10th century. The cottage can only be reached by river, so when guests arrive in the villages of Žabljak Crnojevića, we organize boat transportation and during their stay sit-on-top kayaks are available completely free of charge. For a tour of the lake, it is possible to arrange a boat ride with an additional fee. On the other side of the river, there is a local restaurant that offers fresh fish from the lake, as well as drinks. Guests are recommended to bring their own groceries to prepare food, and we can organize a trip to the grocery store during the stay by agreement.

In this location, there are only 6 houses. Locals are very friendly and helpful and they spend most of their time there fishing. With a variety of bird species, you will enjoy this intact nature.
