Property information

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartmenthaus mit insgesamt 6 separaten Wohneinheiten mit kleinem Garten und 2 großen Dachterassen mit tollem Meer-& Bergblick. Jede Ferienwohnung hat ihren eigenen Wohnungseingang und eine eigene Terrasse oder Balkon als überdachten Sitzbereich. Im 3. Stock, dem obersten Stockwerk befindet sich noch eine zusätzliche gemeinschaftliche Küche und ein Bad/WC mit Waschmaschine zur kostenfreien Nutzung. Im Garten wird im Sommer ein Plantschbecken für Kinder aufgebaut und auf den Dachterrassen stehen verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Die Außenanlagen und die Dachterrasse werden gemeinschaftlich mit den Gästen der anderen Ferienwohnung genutzt.

Neighbourhood information

Das Apartmenthaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße oberhalb der Küstenstrasse und dem Ortszentrum von Dubrava. Die Ortsmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie der Strand sind nur ca. 750 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. An der kleinen Straße am Strand und in der Hauptstraße des Ortes befinden sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, kleinen Souvenirläden, Supermärkten und Bäckern, eine Apotheke, ein Waschsalon sowie ein Geldautomat. Die Hafenstadt Bar ist circa 10 Autominuten entfernt und lädt mit einer schönen Promenade zum Flanieren ein. Die verwinkelten Gassen mit Steinhäusern und das große Gelände mit den alten Ruinen der ehemaligen Festung von Stari Bar sind ebenfalls in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Wenn es lieber zum Baden an den Sandstrand zieht, der erreicht in circa 20 Autominuten den 13 km langen Sandstrand von Ulcinj. Ebenfalls lohnenswert ist ein Ausflug über die Panoramastraße nach Virpazar und von dort ein Bootsausflug auf dem Skadarsee.
