This is a newly renovated villa by the seaside in Orahovac, near Kotor. It has lovely views of Boka Bay and modern, updated facilities. The sea is just 30 meters away, and you will love the quietness of the place. This would be an excellent choice for a family vacation or a group of friends. Multiple parking spaces available in front of the property. Vila is conveniently located just 3 km from Perast and 7 km from the center of Kotor. There are 2 shops nearby, 2 beach bars, 1 restaurant and a hotel in the vicinity.
