Private swimming pool and sun loungers are there for your maximum relaxation while soaking up wonderful sea scent mixing with fresh mountain air. Imagine having a glass of wine on our wonderful patio and watch the sun going down. On the first floor you can find spacious dining area, with fully equipped kitchen. With its soft lines, minimalistic design, subtle tones and library our villa is a very cozy place made for enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional with large kitchen island. Going up stairs you will find spacious 80 square meters bedroom with two comfy queen size beds and sofa bed witch makes our place a great accommodation for 5 persons. Wonderful view from the top floor will take your breath away. Outdoors, enjoy the 14m long swimming pool, or have a BBQ enjoying the sea view. Parking has 2 spots + if needed, you can park outside near traffic roundabout.

Please note that property has surveillance cameras for your safety. In the neighbourhood there's a farm with goats and dogs that are quiet most of the time, they only get noisy once they are getting their food. We are Gay friendly. Host lives at the house nearby.
