Our house is one of the rare properties in the entire bay that boasts private access to the sea, along with permission to set up loungers, without the obligation to provide unrestricted entry to the local residents and other tourists visiting the Bay of Kotor.

Our kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It is thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy for you to whip up your favourite dishes. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or indulging in a leisurely dinner, the kitchen has you covered.
The Sea Side House boasts three cosy and comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your utmost relaxation in mind. Each bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can rest and rejuvenate after a day of exploration.
In addition to the bedrooms, our villa features two stylishly appointed bathrooms, both equipped with showers.
