The Romeo and Juliet Apartments are located just 5 meters from the sea near the Lepetani-Kamenari ferry. Two one-bedroom apartments (each 40m2) situated in the ground floor of the family house, designed for up to 4 people per apartment. Each includes a modern design living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. The living room features air conditioning, a pull-out sofa, cable TV. The bedroom includes a large comfortable double bed, wardrobe, hangers, clean linens and towels, air conditioning, iron. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with a table and chairs, refrigerator, touch hob, trash can, cookware, kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, clean towels. There is always hot water as the entire house is covered by solar collectors. Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the house. Garden table and chairs are available for relaxation by the sea. Parking spaces are provided as well as a garage where you can park a motorcycle or bicycle. Boat rides and sailing lessons can be arranged for an additional fee.

The fishing village of Lepetani is a small marine paradise located near all the main attractions of the Bay of Kotor. Kotor is 12km away via the coastal road, and can also be reached through a tunnel at the city's exit (17km). Tivat and the magnificent Porto Montenegro are only 5km away, while Herceg Novi is just 15km away. The luxurious marina Porto Novi is 10km away. Nearby is the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks, of exceptional historical, cultural, and religious significance. It is easiest to reach it by boat from Perast, a town also of great historical importance. Above Kotor is Mount Lovćen (1749m above sea level), which is easily reached by car via 25 serpentine bends starting in Kotor and ending in Njeguši - the birthplace of the most significant Montenegrin ruler and poet, Petar II Petrović Njegoš. His mausoleum is built at the very top of Lovćen. Another significant destination is the Luštica Peninsula, facing the open sea, which is of interest to lovers of wild nature. Additionally, there is another luxurious marina on the peninsula - Luštica Bay. Along the coast, you can visit plenty of beaches, both wild and organized. Some of them are Mirišta and Rose with a view of the island of Mamula and the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, and Rose with a view of Herceg Novi. For hiking enthusiasts, there is Mount Vrmac with the highest peak, St. Elijah, at 766m above sea level, rising above Tivat, which is most easily reached by car from the settlement of Gornja Lastva. On the way to St. Elijah, there is a charming hill with the church of St. Vitus offering an incredible view of the Bay of Tivat.
