Inside the watermill itself, guests have access to a museum of old items that offers insights into the history and tradition of this area. Upstairs, there is the miller's room with comfortable beds, featuring a window from which you can observe the workings of the watermill. For your convenience, a modern and well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hot water is located across from the watermill. This decision was made for a special reason - the watermill is powered by a stream that provides drinking water. In order to preserve nature and maintain clean drinking water, we have chosen to have the bathroom separate from the watermill. Hello, my name is Bojana, and I am your host and a passionate advocate of ethno-ecological tourism. After completing my studies, I decided to dedicate my knowledge and experience to preserving the traditions of my ancestors and developing sustainable tourism. My passion for preserving nature and cultural heritage led me to the old watermill, which I consider my life project. Our rural household is dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable experience, presenting them with the rich history and traditions in the best possible way. With my knowledge of local culture and customs, I will gladly share fascinating stories and secrets that the watermill holds. On the estate, you will also find domestic animals that are part of the everyday life of the Ćirović family. Sheep, goats, ducks, pigs, chickens, cats, and a dog create an authentic atmosphere of rural life. If you wish, you can get to know them, feed them, or simply observe their charming habits.
Our estate is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood that offers numerous opportunities for activities and exploration. Guests have the chance to actively participate in the work on the estate, whether it's feeding the domestic animals, picking fruits, or enjoying agricultural activities. This is an exceptional opportunity to connect with nature and the rural way of life. Just 1 km away from the estate, guests can discover a mapped-out bicycle trail that stretches for 14.4 km. This trail falls into the easy category and provides an ideal opportunity for cycling in a natural environment. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes, the scents of the forest, and the fresh air as you explore the surroundings on two wheels. If you wish to visit the city center, it is located 12 km away from the watermill, while the most famous bridge in the region, the Đurđevića Tara Bridge, is only a 20-minute drive away.
