Our hotel is hosted and managed by me and my family. For me the most important thing is making guests feel warm welcomed and get to know our city as much as possible. I will be everyday around helping you to organize your day and give you instruction for all necessary things you need to know. I m a kite surfer and can help you with kite school , kite gear, i'm also a photographer and yacht skipper and our hotel owes a 38feet yacht located in Ulcinj and we can organize tours and sightseeing.

Every room Is with balcony, Coffee & tea set, fridge, and daily cleaning service. Towels, sheets, bathroom amenities are free of charge. Near the hotel on the main road you can find a lot of shops, markets 24h, restaurants and walking area. distance to the nearest beach is approximately 7 min walk. Hotel is located in a very quiet area just 5-7 min walk to long sandy beach and 2.5km to city center (aprox 5eur by taxi). Hotel has an underground garage with security 24/7. Near the property are a lot of activities , markets, restaurants. child playground etc.
