The object-cottage is located next to the new regional road Berane-Kolasin-Podgoirca, it is only 15km from the town of Berane, 15km from the town of Kolasin and 65km from wich is 40km from the newly opened higway to the capital of Montenegro- Podgorica. The cottage is built of wood, with an area of 75 square meters, which has a large loving room, bathroom and one bedroom, it also has a basement room of 15 square meters and a large terrace where you can leave ski equipment and snowmobiles. In the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals, as well as the views that extend to the mountains that are located near the cottage.
The cottage is located on the Jelovica mountain , which as an altitude of 1350m, which is 15km frome the town of Berane. In the vicinity of the cottage, 5km from which there is a 3km tunnel, there are ski resorts on the mountain Bjelasica- Kolasin 1600 Ski Center as well as Kolasin 1450, which have a 45km of groomed trails. From the terrace of the cottage, you can enjoy the view of the river, which was named after the mountain of the same name, Jelovica. Jelovica mountain, which is at the foot of the Bjelasica massif, is very suitable for outdoor sports, especially hiking. The first thing you need to know is that the paths to the peaks are very passable in spring, summer and autumn, without rounded and sharps rocks. Second, the mountain abounds in undulating pastures and forest. Thirdly, here the waters remain on the surface and rivers that abound in fish- trout, amd there are 4 glacial lakes nearby, namely Biograd Lake, Pesica Lake, Ursulovac Lake, Šiško Lake.
