A private apartment situated halfway up a mountain with stunning views of Kotor Bay. The rooms are well equipped for a comfortable stay. We have aircon for cooling in summer and warmth out of season. There are spacious terraces surrounding the house for you to choose - lie in the sun watching sailing boats or read a book in the shade of the olive tree. Make use of sun loungers, snorkels and games. There is an outdoor grill and eating area shaded by grape vines. From every corner open breath-taking views. NOTE: THE HOUSE IS ON A STEEP HILL. The road is steep and not for the faint-hearted! It can be accessed by car and there is free parking for guests. Walking, we counted 556 steps down and 537 steps up. It takes 5 minutes to walk down to the main road and seafront - and 10 minutes to walk up the hill to the house. The reward is being high above the noise and crowd with the most stunning view of Kotor Bay and mountains, a beautiful breezy spot that is calm yet still central to Krasici village. The sea is a 5 minute walk directly at the bottom of the hill. There are shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. The nearest airport is Tivat, 10 km distance (we can offer pickup). Kotor is 13 km. Budva is 22 km. Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports are a 90 minute drive.

I'm a teacher, a filmmaker and a researcher. I used to live in London and have made Montenegro my new home. I live in Krašići, a Montenegrin fishing village located on Luštica peninsula, across the bay from Tivat. It’s a small but lively village, perfect for those who would like to escape the city and enjoy nature, wildlife and an authentic local atmosphere. I love living right by the sea, clean air and beautiful nature. We spend most of our time outdoors and love being active. Most days you can find me on the water on my paddle board - or pottering around the gardens. I find it wonderful to explore Montenegro and am still discovering hidden coves for snorkelling and meeting locals who produce fresh food. Krasici is a beautiful little village across Kotor Bay from Tivat and Porte Montenegro. The local fishermen still exist and many local families spend their summer here swimming. Krasici has several traditional local restaurants called konoba, where you can enjoy a meal, coffee or drinks right by the sea. There is a supermarket and bakery. The infrastructure has been developed to include new luxurious villas that attract visitors from around the world. Krasici is a popular base for exploring Lustica Peninsula and the Kotor Bay region. . The local beach front is rocks with steps and ladders into the sea. You can find pebble beaches and a fantastic sandy beach 10 minute drive on the other side of the peninsular. Krasici is a short car or boat ride to many attractions. For example the historic towns of Kotor (25 minute drive) or Budva (22km away). Closer by, there is Tivat/Porto Montenegro with its mix of old and modern culture, developed night life, luxurious shops and a lot of fun and sports activities (by car 15min, by boat 8). From Krasici you can take a tour to the Blue Cave, or a water taxi to Herzog Novi. There is even a local bus that connects you to the entire Balkan region.
