Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u prirodnom i mirnom okruženju, u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog. Osim smještaja u prijatnoj atmosferi, boravak u Pošćenskom Kraju, gostima će omogućiti da probaju autohtonu kuhinju ovoga područja, uživaju u šetnji i biciklizmu ravnicom koja se pruža ispred objekta, a već na svega 5 minuta hoda mogu da okušaju planinarske sposobnosti na planinskim predjelima sa kojih se pruža jedinstven pogled na Jezersku visoravan. Kako se prilikom ljetovanja ne bi izostavilo ni kupanje, mogu se posjetiti i jezera Vražje, Riblje(4km), te Pošćensko(2 km). Udaljenost najpoznatijijih turističkih lokaliteta: žičara Savin kuk 2.5 km, Crno jezero 9 km, prevoj Sedlo 7 km, Most na Tari 29 km, Kanjon Nevidio u Šavniku 15 km.

Domaćini će Vam omogućiti da osjetite ukuse durmitorskih jela, pažljivo pripremljenih od zdravih namirnica iz sopstvene proizvodnje ili kupljenih od poljoprivrednih proizvođača iz sela.
U blizini imaju svega nekolike kuće i ovaj dio opštine jedan je od najočuvanijih u smislu gradnje objekata i prenaseljenosti, upravo jer se nalazi u NP. Komšiluk su rođaci i bliske komšije domaćina. Okruženje, osim što je mirno, veoma je sigurno. Ono što je izuzetno važno jeste to da je okruženje veoma bezbjedno i zaista pogodno za boravak djece i dječiju igru. Kod rođaka se može vidjeti stado ovaca, a na okolnim livadama, nerijetko možete posmatrati izvođenje ljetnjih seoskih radova ili pak ukoliko to želite, u njima i učestvovati.
