For an extended period, our family has owned a substantial parcel of land. We recognized the potential of this location as an ideal retreat in Jurmala, situated closer to the tranquility of nature. Initially, we constructed a sauna by the river, allowing us to indulge in refreshing swims after sauna sessions throughout the year. Encouraged by the positive feedback received from our first trial cottage, we have expanded our operations to manage three houses, currently operating only during the summer season.

Wooden cottage houses are situated by the Lielupe River in Jurmala. We have three cottages available. Cottage No. 1 offers the best riverside view and is just a few meters from the riverbank. Cottage No. 2 is in the middle and also has a pleasant river view. Cottage No. 3 is closer to the road and has a garden view from the main window, but it is also noisier. Our location is 3 km from the sea beach and 27 km from Riga. It is 5 km from the city center Jomas street and has a private territory of 2900 m2. On one side is a private townhouse, and on the other side is a yacht club. All guests have full access to the river beach. This is an ideal place for nature lovers who enjoy campping, fishing, swimming, and grilling. The cottages are well-equipped and have two bedrooms, but they are not large, with a total area of 32 m2. Our guests have diverse interests. Some come to escape for a summer vacation in nature, while others prefer the sea and go to the beach, returning in the afternoon for a grilled dinner. Some are traveling through the Baltic states or Latvia and stay overnight to explore Jurmala and Riga. Our location is particularly suitable for those who enjoy spending time outdoors. The No. 3 bus (90 cents) departs for the city once every hour. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away.
