Free parking is available on the street outside the building. The 1-bedroom apartment features a living room (with sofabed for max 2 persons) with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 separate bedroom (for max 2 persons) and one bathroom. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. Nearby the building a 4 minutes walk there's a large park ("Lielie kapi") as well as an outdoor workout and children's area (in "Brasas tilta skvērs") . The building is located near to the city center. Quite nearby are tram, bus and trolley bus stops. There is also a train station called "Brasa" a 5 minutes walk from apartment with which you can travel to the Baltic sea beach zone called "Vecāķi" in 17 minutes or to the city centre in 10 minutes. Also the "Arena Riga" and "Olimpiskais centrs" are located nearby.
