You’ll love this bright, brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in a residential area close to city centre with great public transport connections and allocated parking space. Excellent choice if you are staying longer in Riga, perfect if you are comming with the family and children (appartment has washing machine & drier). And especially if you are travelling with a car there is an allocated parking space at the apartment & public transport stops few minutes away from the apartment.

I love travelling and know how great it is staying in somebody's home, when you are away. I therefore would love to share my home with somebody visiting my hometown Riga and have that personal experience in being at home away from home. There are several brochures & maps left in the apartment, which will help to get around the city. I am available to help with some basic information on how to get to city and give some suggestions of places where to go.

Apartment is located in a quite residential development called Bisumuiza close by the river of Daugava, it is quick 10-15 minute drive away from the city center. There are good public transport connections, both tram and bus will take you to city center in 20-30 minutes. The recreational park Lucavsala is only 20 min walk or 5 min drive away, great place to have picnic by the river and fun place to go with children. There is a small children playground just downstairs of the apartment. There is a bus & tram station just outside the building (takes aprox. 30 minutes with a tram, which stops in the old town), otherwise it is a 15 minute taxi drive (which costs aprox. 7-10 eur). There is a tram & bus station just outside the building, which takes you through the historical Riga districts straight into the centre. Taxi's are reasonably priced and will take you to the city center in 15 minutes.
