Serenity House is a cozy premium tiny house located near one of the most beautiful sandy shores just next to the Baltic Sea. This cabin was built using only premium materials and home appliances. It is a perfect combination of enjoying your time in nature by the beach as well as having a premium comfort experience when you get home. There is also a great sauna where you can relax and enjoy the heat while watching nature outside. Sauna is located outside of the house. Sauna costs extra 60 eur. There is also a hottub. Hot tub costs extra 60 eur. The beach is just 2 minutes away from the house and the sauna.
Always looking forward to meeting new people and hearing their stories. My passions are traveling (ideally to a good hiking destination) running as well as everything real estate related. I’ve worked in management consulting and hotel industry for a bit and like to think that I’ve transferred some of their best parts to my hosting practices.
Lapmezciems is a peaceful seaside village located a 40-minute drive away from Riga and only a few minute drive away from the city of Jurmala. It is a perfect spot for those who want a calm and quiet place to be with themselves and their loved one. It is a perfect place to do some sea-side jogging, yoga or just enjoying that fresh sea air Lake Kanieris is just a short walk away. Take your glass of vine and take a walk by the beach. It is really close Wild, beautiful forests surround the area Enjoy local fish as well as other delicious cuisines in one of the nearby cozy restaurants Ski slopes – 20-minute ride and you can enjoy amazing winter fun on the mountain National Park – This place is located on a National Park neutral territory Neighbors – Local fisherman – they are not the tidiest, old fishing boats surround their territory, but it is separated with a fence from our territory Enter the territory through the gate and park instantly to the left. Do not drive directly to the house, as it ruins the grass. Please wait until the gate are fully opened when you drive in, otherwise you risk scratching your car :)
