This holiday home can accommodate up to four guests, it is ideal for a couple. Home provides 42 m² of total living space. Studio type living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (small size), wc, bathroom with shower. The holiday home is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative.
KEY FEATURES OF HOLIDAY HOME * The holiday home has private territory. * Spacious open plan carpeted lounge containing sofa bed and two armchairs for comfort; flame effect fire, freestanding TV set (are available free television programmes in the territory of Latvia), Dvd player, radio and coffee table. * Kitchen fitted with refrigerator, full size gas cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Dishes and cutlery. * Dining area with freestanding dining table and chairs. * Main bedroom fitted with double size bed and and lift up storage system. Mirrored slide robes. En-suite toilet and wash hand basin * Family bathroom fitted with shower, wash basin. * The 2nd bedroom fitted with small double size bed, overhead storage, lockable wardrobe. * Double glazed windows and door. Gas fired central heating.
The holiday home is located at a beautiful populated place of Vidzeme in Skulte. It is 8 km from Saulkrasti, about 55 km from Riga, next to the motorway Via Baltica, A1 (100 m distance) and next to the pine forest. Just 3 km to the picturesque beach. Baltic Coastal Hiking (the Latvian name of the trail is JŪRTAKA, the Estonian – Ranniku matkarada) is a long distance hiking route along the Baltic Sea coast. Join Baltic Coastal Hiking!
