Large terrace with furniture, sun loungers, access to the pier along a wooden path, your own beach. There is a barbecue area with all accessories. There is a fire pit. A barrel sauna and a hot or cold plunge pool are at your service. The house is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. Spacious windows and a terrace offer magnificent views of the lake and surrounding landscape, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. At your disposal is a kitchen-living room (25 sq.m.) overlooking the lake and two separate bedrooms with large beds. One overlooking the pine forest, the second overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. TV, internet. On cool days you can light a fireplace. In hot weather, use air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower.
