The Mansion dates back to 1660 , 90 % of it is original almost nothing been changed ,just cleaned and fixed an incredible house. Located in the port ,right next to the river/ canal it's a unique location , fishing boats are coming in and out a real local port feeling and a view you will die for. The ground has 2 apartments its a high basement 1 step down from street level. 1) The boys rooms which is 1 large room, designed with the left overs from Louie Fontaine's old strip club Daddy's entrance from street has, its on patio toward the port. 2) The Rock Star Lounge , build out old touring flight cases from owner, Rock Star Louie Fontaine's earlier tours a design you will never forget 3) Fontaine Mansion , furnished with Indian & Egyptian furniture with a giant balcony along apartment + 2 small balconies to street side, this is a kings apartment. 2 floor ) East & West Suites is only for summer use, all in 400 year word original floors , furnished like the mansion, both apartment has 2 floors east side has the best view in town, this like living 400 years ago a killer feeling and atmosphere. If you want a party it's possible if you rent The Celebration Room Hope see to see you.
Louie Fontaine is a Rock star, now based in New Orleans were he owns a club, he has lived in Latvia for 20 years, original from Denmark. Louie owns a bunch properties in Town like, Fontaine Palace Latvia's number live venue just down the street from the Fontaine Mansion , Hot Potado the best restaurant in town, Fontaine Hotel. Most his properties are very old buildings The Mansion dates back to 1660 and the only left in the port out of 14 warehouses. He also has a hotel in Venezuela and Zanziba,r a real host, all designs are entirely his own.
In the port as close as you can get to the river / canal close to everything don't need a car for the beach, center, clubs, shopping. the view here is fantastic the port feeling is the only place in Liepaja were you can live in the port , fishing ship coming in and out , just simply the best location possible.
