3. Residential Use Only: Our space is intended for private, residential use only—no business activities, please.

4. Check-In/Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. A €50 fee per hour will be charged for late check-outs.

5. Furniture & Structures: Kindly avoid moving furniture or setting up tents. A €300 fee will apply for any damages or stains.

6. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third parties.

7. Departure: Before you leave, please turn off the heating, place the keys in the designated lockbox, and tidy up the kitchen to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

8. Guest Portal: To receive your check-in instructions, please complete the guest portal, including providing a government-issued photo ID and verifying your contact details. This step is important for a smooth check-in process.

9. Compliance: We appreciate your cooperation! Following these rules helps us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without a refund.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
