Neighbourhood information

Minimalist is located in a quiet street in the city center. You can reach the hustle and bustle of the main pedestrian street in 5-7 minutes. Arriving by car - convenient access to/from all directions. At the same distance, you will find the Talkša lake for a quiet walk in nature, and the sights of the city for getting to know. The house with apartments and studios was built in 1957 by a family of carpenters. We have deliberately preserved some of the elements of that era, both externally and internally. When you arrive, you will feel the stylistic spirit of the 1950s, you will find art, literature, and restored furniture from that era. We are proud to have revived the old orchard: impressive apple tree trunks in winter, abundance of flowers in spring, sunflower meadow in summer, wonderful fruits in autumn. We invite you to rest in it! By the way, this is the only request for our guests - let's give each other peace during our stay, let's rest... thank you! We are waiting for you! ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS: OCCASIONAL AND COMMERCIAL PHOTO SESSIONS ARE PROHIBITED IN OUR PREMISES.
