Recently refurbished, in quiet location. We don't mind small pets, just let us know beforehand. Flat itself is in half basement. Please note: this is two room flat In case of one or two people renting it: only first room will be available with all it's amenities. If you wish both rooms to be opened, notify me and I will make single bed in second room ready too or rent it out it for 3 people at least and second room will come as default. Plenty of parking around the building. Flat has washing machine, oven, cooker, hood, fridge freezer, shower. Equipped for short or long stay!

Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but you can smoke in outdoor areas just outside external door There is ample of parking on main street, or if you will find space you may park within barriered territory, just in front of the building (access from Aukstaiciu street). Please bear in mind barrier is shut between 7pm and 8am. There are big shop “Norfa” just across the Kupiskio street, also within walking distance along Aukstaiciu street there are more grocery shops and quick food trailer. Not far from the property there is public pool with saunas: Swimming pool Taikos str. 44, Utena, Lithuania s In the city centre (Basanaviciaus str. 55 second floor), there is indoor children playground called Vaiku Erdve Fun. Children do enjoy visiting it!! Please look for more places to visit ;)
