Are you looking for a quiet place for yourself or your family in Nida? This apartment is exactly for you! In the northern part of Nida, between the lagoon and the sea, surrounded by pine trees and the Dunes. The new apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a large balcony, so you can enjoy the sun in all seasons. Because of the layout, the apartment will cool even in the hottest summer, and warm in the cold season. Rooms have wooden floors. Bathroom with shower, heated floors. The apartment is heated with programmable convectors. Apartment in a very quiet place, in a blind spot. Lots of parking space. There is also children playground near the pine forest.

However, from the apartment there are 500 steps to the Curonian Lagoon, 1,5 km to the Baltic sea (path is very convenient to go by bicycle as well) and 2,5 km to the center of Nida.
