Deposit 50 EUR refundable to the bank account within 7 days after leaving the apartment. Deposit in cash on the spot. Minimum stays for 5 days. Welcome to an intelligent home. They are only two apartmant in the house. We offer a self-contained apartment for rent. This one is on the first floor. Opening and closing with a magnetic card. You can come when you want. After making a reservation, you will receive a link to youtube with information on how to enter the property, enter the house, open the gate, turn on electricity and leave the house. You will also receive an e-mail with information about where a magnetic card will be waiting for you to open the door.
