NEW MODERN apartment in a new building (2019) in the calm area close to the city center - 5 min by car, 10 min by public transport. The bus stop is 250m from the apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance, balcony, floor heating and ventilation system (provides fresh air). Free parking in the yard, in front of the entrance. Area is filled with shops, markets and restaurants nearby, therefore you will find everything you need in a short walking distance. SELF CHECK-IN at any time 24/7. This cozy apartment has everything you need for your stay. Modern apartment (45 m2) with bedroom (large double bed and spacious wardrobe) and living room with folding sofa and work desk. Can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need for cooking - microwave, stove, kettle, bread toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Clean bathroom full set of towels, toiletries. A hairdryer and washing machine are also provided. Large flat screen SMART TV(Android) 25 channels, free Wi-Fi. Spacious balcony.

Apartment is located not far from the city center in calm living area with quiet neighborhood. Within a kilometer radius we have lots of cafes, shops, markets and restaurants. Park „Kovo -11 osios“ right next to the apartment, Zoo (2 km), public swimming pool „Girstutis“ (0,5 km), forest „Panemunės šilas“ with river „Nemunas“ and beach nearby(1,5 km). "Pažaislis" monastery and reservoir „Kauno Marios“ (large lake) is 5 km from the property.
