Do you want to escape the hectic city life and enjoy few days under the lush green palm trees by the beach? Beach villa is a 1 bedrooms villa with a 1/2 acre coconut land with direct beach access and a private swimming pool. It's 2 hours drive north from Colombo (CMB) airport towards Puttalam and about 45 mins away from Kalpitiya. This is an ideal weekend getaway to enjoy authentic local experience in an accommodation that meets international standards.
You will enjoy privacy during your stay as you have the entire house and huge garden .It is a friendly little village and all the neighbors and community know about this guest house. If you need any help, the care-taker, driver and house-keeping lady are close-by. Our care taker Martinez will be there to assist you and can also drive around in his tuk tuk for a very fair price.
We were looking a long time for the perfect place in Sri Lanka and when we found this spot we immediately bought 3 properties in the Sinnapadu area. You will find friendly villagers and local fishermen by the beach. The area has a mix of Catholic, Buddhist and Muslim communities and places of worship. Tourists are still a relatively rare sight around here, so you are truly off the beaten track. There are small shops for essentials close-by and a beer shop too, but for supermarkets, ATM and restaurants you need to travel 15 mins to Madurankuli. The best way is to get a driver from Colombo airport. We can help you to book a package and personal driver for your entire stay, if you plan to do sight seeing and visit the national park and ancient ruins. There is also free drivers accommodation available. Please communicate with us in advance for the driver's accommodation.
