Four rooms house with furniture and one acre land for long term short term rental House is 3000 sq. feet size, two lobby areas dining and kitchen for separate as two compartment. Two rooms having attached bathroom and separate outside bathroom for common used. Driver quarter could be negotiate separately. Each room with a bed (2 tribal beds and 2 double beds), a chair stool and a mirror cupboard. In dining one round table and 6 chairs. In lobby one set of ebony settee Tv stand and relaxing chair for Master.    Three face electricity line, SLT line, and water board supply available. One well having water throughout the year and water tanks are available close proximity. The land Cultivated in concept of organic crops and number of fruit trees available including 10 coconut trees.  Nicely built entrance and parapet wall gives different identification. Calm and quite area with good environment for relaxing.   Property located within Anuradhapura Municipal boundary and 3km to Ruwanweliseya pagoda.
Neighbour are relatives of the host and family most of the time they may cooperate with visitors.
