The accommodation consists of three floors consisting of 2 Living rooms, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms (Bidet installed), 2 Kitchens, Roof Deck and Garden Deck facilities. Laundry M/C, 48" Wide TV, High-speed Internet 1. The Ground Floor : Living room and kitchen, Bath & toilet, laundry room plus shower facility. Store. * A Parasol and six-person garden tables and barbecue tools on the deck in the front garden. Barbecue is always available (please refrain from outdoor barbecue in the harsh winter season!) 2. 1st Floor : Two bed rooms (double sized bed in each room), living room, small kitchen, bathroom and rooftop deck (drying rack for laundry available) * The entire building is covered by system air conditioning, but Room B on the second floor is identified as a 'health shelter' without air conditioning, in case you are vulnerable to cooling. Please consider this point when you allocate. (If you leave the window open, it's not hot and good enough for a fan.) * Additional single bed is placed in living room on the 1st floor for guests' convenience. 3. 2nd Floor : A Garret(Hwangtobang attic), Resting space (Garden table and cantilever parasol on outdoor deck)
