The house is located on the beach. There is no need for transportation. This is paradise. Snorkling possibilities right outside your doorstep.

Would you be able to provide a menu with pricing for the restaurant that is on-site? Also, what is meant by a self-catered kitchen?
Dear guest, I can provide a menu of course but not on this portal I see, so then I must send it on something else. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menus are international. The self provided kitchen is a full kitchen in combination w the villa.

Good night, There is only one villa. We do also rent out several suits. They are on the same 6.5 acre property, but in a distance from the villa. All can be rented together and fit 12/14 guests. All very private and exclusive.

We are traveling with four adults and interested in the layout of the 2 bedroom. In the 2 bedroom option, are there 2 separate & private bedrooms plus a separate living area? Are bedrooms adjacent to each other? A floorpan view would be great if you have it. Thanks
Layout: The two bed rooms are separated with a door. The bathroom is shared but have two entry doors. The loo is separate. Each room have doors that takes you outside where the kitchen is & where you find lounging beds & sofas. Both rooms have tv’s.

The whole family was stunned about the island that was so beautiful & pristine, so untouched & welcoming. The island kept calling us back, so we would come to Nevis for holidays every year. Sometimes twice a year. It was just the place that felt right for us. At that time my parents built a second home on the island. After some months of debating about taking the risk of shutting down our business we decided to do it. And here we are living the dream on the beach. Owning 60 Acres of beachfront property. Running a hospitality business that we love so much. Zenith Nevis is only the beginning here in Nevis.... We are here to stay to take care of all who wants to make it their paradise as well.....

Nevis is a small unique island with lots to offer. Snorkelling, deep sea fishing, hiking, beach riding, sailing, surfing, kiting, monkey safaris, golf, tennis, spa etc. Nevis is full of nice restaurants close by that it's worth while eating at for dinner. The most popular spot, Chrishi Beach Club will be open every day for lunch and two nights for dinner and is only a short walk from the house. We and our staff can assure you that we will do everything in our power to make your holiday a dream come true. Just have a look at our reviews at Tripadvisor or Homeaway/VRBO.
