Our cottage is located ten minutes from the center by taking the tuk-tuk. It is in a closed residence with access to the sea and consists of two blocks of seven cottages and two swimming pools. The sea welcomes you at all times for swimming and walking that will leave the memory of those images in your mind as we are in one of the most famous beaches, the long, white and deserted beach of Silversands. Our home is among the most comfortable in the place. If you have small children you can feel safe because the residence is supervised 24/24 7/7. You have access to the sea from inside the residence. Without having to take an external road you will find yourself on Silversands beach. If you need to relax, you can do it on the beach or by the pool. In the cottage, you will find a wi-fi connection with a minimum credit, to communicate as soon as you arrive without going in search of a local line. It will be your concern to recharge it in order not to remain without connection during your stay. You will also find a list of reliable numbers to contact in case of need.
We purchased this cottage on a vacation. I Lucy Ochiel, was born in Kenya and I spent part of the summer of my childhood here, now I have lived in Italy for many years. Marco is Roman instead and it was his first time to come to Kenya. He did nothing but go around markets, as he loves good food. When they sent us photos of the house that we should have rented on vacation, the first thing he wanted to see was the photos of the kitchen. So in renovating the house, we gave priority to comfort. Everything is more direct here. The boys of the sea fish with bare hands and sell you their catch on the beach. With them you can have fresh fish every day and for us with a house on the sea it is fun to buy from these young people. Our cottage is located ten minutes from the center, with the tuk-tuk. The sea welcomes you at all times for baths and walks that impress the memory of those images in your mind as we are in one of the most famous beaches, the long, white and deserted beach of Silversands.
Kenya is famous for its long white and deserted beaches. Silversands Beach is one of the most beautiful in the world and our cottage is located here. Nearby there are some clubs and hotel facilities. The Malindi Marine National Park in Africa is the oldest of its kind and is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, included in the Malindi Marine National Reserve together with the Watamu Marine National Park. The Marine Park of Malindi is protected and is a complex of ecosystems of great wealth and variety: coral reefs, lagoons with coral gardens of different species. It includes a wealth of fish biodiversity of over 300 species. In the park you can see many species of migratory birds and shorebirds.. Twenty kilometers from Malindi, you must visit Watamu National Marine Park. This national park is an important marine reserve that unites several habitats along the northern coast of Kenya. You will have the opportunity to perform any activity from diving and snorkeling, to windsurfing and water skiing.
