The villa, a two-story house, is located in a quiet valley right by Lake Kawaguchi. Entire property covers an area of about 900 square meters and is surrounded by mountains with view overlooking Lake Kawaguchi. This villa was partially renovated in 2021, showing an elegant modern style and maintaining the warmth of a Japanese-style home. The comfortable and bright high-ceiling living room and kitchen, and the peaceful Japanese rooms have views of natural yard and mountain.

We are located in the Nagahama district right by Lake Kawaguchi, only 11 minutes drive from Kawaguchiko Station. The house is surrounded by mountains and faces the southwest corner of Lake Kawaguchi. You don’t see busy life here, only quiet mountains, trees and scattered neighbors. We are located in the west side of Lake Kawaguchi, which is particularly quiet area. From the bus station by the lake, following a single-lane road uphill, and you will arrive at our vibrant and natural yard in 5 minutes. Looking down the hillside, you can oversee Lake Kawaguchi surrounding valley. Looking up the hillside, you see green trees and tranquil hills. Living here is convenient, even though you could run into wild life sometimes. There is a cozy coffee shop just a 5-minute walk down the hill. You can drive to 7-11, lakeside park and cafe all within 6 minutes, and 11 minutes to Kawaguchiko Station, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. It only takes 6 minutes drive to West Lake and 23 minutes to Motosu Lake. We are located in a valley, and the surrounding natural environment beautifully presents seasonal changes. In spring you can enjoy cherry blossoms in our yard. In summer, all you see is green with blue sky at background. In autumn, surrounding mountains are dotted with red and yellow colors. In winter, our yard is covered with snow.
