  • Hi Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo management, We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids age 7 and 9). Can I check if we are allow to stay in the same room? I saw that another post asking a similar question and it was okay for them. We just want to double check again. We are quite comfortable sharing beds.

    Please kindly be informed that the maximum number of guests per room is 3. For safety and comfort, we always recommend to book a set of connecting rooms for families of 4.
