Unfortunately currently, there are three major problems in the rural areas of Japan: low birthrate and aging population, population decrease, many vacant houses. At one time I was working on politician secretary in Tokyo. However, in order to solve those problems I returned to my hometown and founded a company. I renovate the vacant house and lend it to everyone. In addition, I'm hiring local grandmothers as cleaning staff. All believe that you will know Izu 's wonderful environment and lead to immigration. My house located in Atami city in Izu peninsula. Situated only 14 minutes on foot from Ajiro station. You can take a hot spring in my house's bathroom. My house is only 1 minutes' walk from the nearest sea and fishing port, 5 minutes walk from the convenience store. Free parking available for guests.(4 cars) There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Atami city. For example, Atami Castle, Kiunnkaku, Atami Plum Garden,etc.

Ajiro is fishing village and famous fishing spot. If you will try to fish,the action of being able to catch a fish as soon as one throws in a line with bait.
