This is a single unit for rent on the second floor of a two-story building and can sleep up to 12 people. BBQ on the large roof balcony. Inflatable SUPs and bodyboards are free. Enjoy the beach of your choice. There are 3 bedrooms (6 tatami Western-style room, 8 tatami Japanese-style room, 6 tatami Japanese-style room), living room (10 tatami), roof balcony (20㎡), garden sink, washlet toilet, and shower. Water server, electric kettle, rice cooker, cassette stove, tableware, tea, and　coffee maker　are available free of charge. One free parking space is available. There is one bicycle available free of charge. If you need to check in late or check out early, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. *Because it is summer now and the plants on the roof balcony tend to dry out very easily, we will water them in the morning and evening.

There is a rental car (Amami Lucky Rent-a-Car Nase Office, 24-hour rental and return service available), a restaurant (Asabana) where you can enjoy buffet-style island cuisine, a sauna (Hotel Big Marine), and a bus stop (Shimabus Nagahama stop) that goes directly to the airport nearby, making it very convenient. The facility is located close to the center of Amami, and is also very close to both the northern (Cape Ayamaru, Heart Rock, Kasari), southern (Setouchi, Mangrove Park, Honohoshi Coast), and western (Ohama Seaside Park, Miyakozaki, Yamato Village) parts of the island, making it a good base for sightseeing. Rates are also more economical the more consecutive nights you stay. The port where cruise ships call is nearby, and especially on a clear day, it is a great place to take a walk and see tropical fish and the ocean floor. If you use a bicycle, you are also close to Asani Beach, which is a pleasant cycling course.
