Conveniently located in the heart of Kyoto, we're just a 4-minute walk from Keihan Railway Kiyomizu-Gojo Station and several bus stops, and a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Nestled by the Takase River, near the guesthouse you may enjoy scenic views of cherry blossoms in spring and vibrant maple leaves in autumn. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire guesthouse, which features nearly 50 square meters of space, Wi-Fi coverage throughout, and individual air conditioning in each room. The first floor includes a tatami bedroom with futons and underfloor heating, a separate toilet, and a shower room with a traditional wooden bathtub. On the second floor, you'll find the main bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined upon request), a kitchen, and a dining area. There’s also a terrace overlooking the river, perfect for relaxation. For your entertainment, we provide Netflix on the TV. The guesthouse is also equipped with a microwave oven, IH stove, hair dryer, washing machine with drying function, bathroom dehumidifier, refrigerator, air purifier, a four-person dining table, and complete kitchenware and tableware. We offer a complimentary picnic mat, so you can enjoy leisurely moments by the Kamogawa River, just like the locals. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep while traveling, which is why we've chosen high-quality Emma mattresses for the single beds and premium Nishikawa futons for the tatami room.
